Get ready to giggle as the stars of High School Musical 3 reveal their biggest bloopers and on-set slip ups.
HIGH-HEEL HORROR!
Jemma McKenzie-Brown: I feel down the stairs on stage loads of times during my dance scene because they were so slippery! I had these high heels on, but luckily there were 10 boys below to catch me. I guess it wasn’t too bad being caught by 10 lovely boys – but I still went bright red with embarrassment!
ZAC ATTACK!
Jemma McKenzie-Brown: Zac was a huge practical joker on the set of HSM3. He loved to throw water bombs on people, which was really funny. He never got me, but Vanessa tried to at one point. She ran into my trailer with a water bomb, but she fell over and it went all over her!

The three newest High School Musical 3 stars, Jemma McKenzie-Brown, Matt Prokop, and Justin Martin, sat down at Los Angeles’s Four Seasons Hotel for an interview. They were laughing and giggling, loudly discussing who should sit in the middle this time. Jemma decided that it was her turn, once again.
Jemma chats about learning she got the role of Tiara. “I screamed (when I found out that I was accepted for the role of the English girl, Tiara Gold). I was walking home from school (when I got the news), so I ran as fast as I could from the train station (to get home) and tell my mom.”
“She didn’t believe me at first. She thought I was joking, but yeah, I was so excited,” said Jemma,
Many perceive Tiara, Jimmy and Donny to be the next Sharpay, Troy and Chad, but the newcomers don’t think that there is any chance for that to happen.
“Our characters are very different from theirs (the seniors). But you never know what they (the producers) have planned for them in the future,” said Matt Prokop, whose role Jimmy is a rocker-wannabe.
The goal was to develop new characters and Kenny Ortega has only praises for the newbies.
“From the first day they arrived, they came in ready and excited. I felt like we made really great choices. All of them come from good schooling and experience. In a matter of hours they were part of the team,” Kenny said.
As for the upcoming fame? “I don’t think you can be prepared (for the fame) but we’ve been given a lot of advice from the cast. They tell us to keep ourselves grounded and not to read blogs because usually they twist our words and make things up,” said Jemma.
“The real challenge is whether the fans accept the three new characters set in an idea they’ve been so used to and fell in love with,” said Jemma. “Hopefully they accept us. Hopefully they like us.”

Jemma McKenzie-Brown had quite the time at the UK premiere of High School Musical 3! Her mother described the event as “nerve-wracking”.
She said: “When we were getting out of the car Jemma said to me ‘people won’t know who I am’. She was in for a shock as straight away people were asking her for autographs.”
Jemma spent three-and-a-half months in filming in Salt Lake City earlier this year, but Mrs Brown said she had not let her new-found fame go to her head.
She said: “With the filming finished and the promotional work being done Jemma has absolutely loved the whole experience and done really well. She hasn’t let the role change her though. She is still my little girl and has kept her feet firmly on the ground.“
